We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
⚠️ Any refund or replacement claim will be accepted only if you provide a complete parcel opening video showing the package from the start (before opening) until the product is fully unboxed.
- No claims will be accepted without a full unboxing video.
- Refunds are processed only after claim verification.
- Courier charges may apply for approved returns.
Note: The video must clearly show the parcel condition, tracking label, and unboxing process. This helps us verify and process claims faster.
